Unless otherwise engaged for an event or public tour, the Rylander Theatre and its Box Office are closed on the following days:

Ticket Sales
Tickets are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Buy Tickets link at the top of this page. There is also a link to ticket purchases on our Facebook page.
The Rylander Theatre Box Office and the provided link is the ONLY authorized outlet to purchase tickets. Tickets can be purchased in person by visiting the Rylander Theatre Box Office during the operating hours listed above, or by calling the telephone number listed.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved through a Box Office agent, and paid for at a later date. Any tickets placed on hold this way should be paid for before showtime box office hours for the specific event.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds for tickets will be made in the event that a performance is cancelled. Where a credit card was used for the transaction, the credit card account will be refunded. Refunds will not be made for tickets that were not sold through the Rylander Theatre Box Office.
In the event that a patron is unable to use a ticket, it may be returned to the Rylander Theatre Box Office, and the Rylander Theatre will acknowledge it as a contribution to the Rylander Theatre, in the amount of the face value of the ticket.
The Rylander Theatre Box Office will not receive tickets for re-sale.
Tickets for single performance events cannot be exchanged for other events. Tickets for multiple performance events may be exchanged for tickets of the same or lesser value for another performance of the same event. The difference between the lesser-valued ticket and the ticket being exchanged will not be refunded.
Group Sales
Discounts may be available for group sales of ten or more patrons. Patrons are encouraged to check event pages for information on available discounts.
All group sales reservations MUST be paid for before the day of the performance.
It is strongly recommended that groups anticipate their needs as early and as accurately as possible. Most events at the Rylander Theatre are reserved seating, and the theatre cannot guarantee that groups will be able to sit together if tickets for the group are purchased in small blocks. Patrons are obliged to occupy the seat for which they hold a ticket.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for select events (Rylander Theatre or Friends of the Rylander Theatre events) and for items in our gift shop. These can be purchased through the Rylander Theatre Box Office. (Certificates for event tickets must be approved by the Managing Director.)
Theatre Tours
The Rylander Theatre Staff welcomes the opportunity to showcase our beautiful and historic theatre to individuals and groups.
Walk up tours, where individual patrons can walk through and take pictures of our auditorium and lobbies, are available Tuesday--Friday, 11am--4pm.
Guided tours for groups are available upon appointment, which are strongly recommended. This allows the staff to ensure a quality experience for you and your organization/group.
Admission for tours is free, and donations are always welcome.
Tours, whether walk-up or by appointment, are subject to availability of the theatre space, equipment, and staff. Access to the theatre while preparation is being made for a production is absolutely disallowed.
