The Rylander Theatre will co-host the 55th Annual Georgia Theatre Conference with Georgia Southwestern State University October 16--20, 2019.

The Rylander will be closed to tours and rentals during this time.

Please see the information below for parking and restaurant recommendations:

No parking is allowed behind the theatre--we share the space with two other businesses. Buses and trucks can drop off/pick up and load-in/load-out but must move across the street to the parking lot immediately after they are done.

Rylander Park is located directly across from the theatre and has ample parking spaces, including the adjacent lot behind the 1800 Mexican Restaurant. There is also a small parking lot on Cotton Ave located directly behind Innovative Senior Solutions.

Please try to avoid on-street parking on the theatre block. We want to be mindful of our neighbor businesses and leave space for their customers.

We have several fantastic restaurants all within walking distance of the theatre:

1800 Mexican Restaurant

Monroe's Hot Dogs

Cafe Campesino & Sweet Georgia Baking Co.

Little Brother's Bistro

Gyro City Mediterranean Grill

Tobbogan Steve's

Within driving distance:

Roman Oven (Pizza Buffet)

Ruby Tuesday

Various other fast food

**We do not allow food & drink in the auditorium or in the dressing rooms/backstage so please make arrangements if you are bringing lunch for your students. Our concessions area is being utilized for the Design Competition and will not be available for seating.

To be fair and respectful of the hard work taking place on the stage, we try to refrain from opening the doors for seating once a performance has started. We ask that you remain in the outer lobby until the show is over and you can join your group at that time.

This event is not open to the general public.
